Q. Do you etch on empty or full bottles of wine?
A. We etch on both full and empty bottles of wine. The sand blasting process doesn’t do any damage to the wine!

Q. Where do you etch on the bottle?
A. We can remove the front paper label, the back paper label or both labels. If there is enough room, we can etch above or sometimes below the paper label(s). Typically if our customer orders a prestigious (And expensive!) wine, we leave the front paper label alone and remove the back label for etching.

Q. Can you etch on Champagne bottles?
A. No. Because of the internal pressure sparkling wine puts on a bottle, we will not compromise the strength of the bottle glass.

Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. A 50% deposit is required to start your order. The final payment can be made by check, or using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

Q. What’s the turn-around time?
A. From the time we receive your approval on the final artwork, orders typically take 8-12 weeks, depending on our production workload. Rush orders are cheerfully accepted, but an overtime rush charge will be added.

Q. Do you ship?
A. We use a local shipping company to ship out full bottles of wine. All other products we will ship out UPS or Fed Ex.

Q: What is your artwork guideline and how can I get my files to you?
A. We would like to receive the following:
